Services are available 7 days a week except in case of state and national holidays. They are available during our office hours which are 9 AM – 7 PM.
Complaints and problems can be reported via phone, email or in person at our local office.
No. The number of services provided is specific for any particular month and will not roll over to subsequent months.
We will provide regular feedback to family members via email.
We accept cheque or cash.
We have right to refuse to accept customers if we are unable to render desired services.
We have right to discontinue service if condition of person under care changes beyond our servicing capability.
